The bail hearing for the Christian girl accused of blasphemy was adjourned until Tuesday.
The girl has been in custody since she was arrested in a poor Islamabad suburb more than two weeks ago accused of burning papers containing verses from the holy Quran.
Earlier on Saturday, the blasphemy case took a bizarre turn when police arrested Khalid Jadoon, the prayer leader who had allegedly put some pages of the holy Quran among the burnt papers to strengthen the case against the girl.
The court on Sunday remanded Jadoon into judicial custody for 14 days and ordered that the accused be produced in court after the expiration of the remand.
