PTCL offers unlimited nationwide calls

Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL), country’s leading telecommunications network, has launched an exciting new ‘Freedom Package’ for its PSTN customers offering the freedom to make unlimited nationwide calls from PTCL to PTCL and Vfone (On-Net)
PTCL has launched the ‘Freedom Packages’ keeping in view the evolving needs of its customers. All Broadband customers can now make nationwide calls (On-Net) for only Rs 250 extra, while standard broadband charges will apply. PTCL customers who only use its landline facility can benefit from this offer for Rs 499 per month.
Both the packages are applicable for New Telephone Connections while standard mobile and international calling charges will apply. The Freedom Unlimited package will also be applicable for Triple Play and Quad Play Customers. Existing subscribers can also opt in for the freedom package.

The package will replace the existing PSTN and Double Play packages. Only International Packages, Mobile Buckets and Double Up Unlimited Packages will continue to exist for Opt In. With Freedom Packages, PTCL offers the most affordable local and long distance call rates with unmatched voice clarity and seamless Broadband Internet experience.

  1. ptcl service is very poor. My house internet connection remained out of order for three days. Its online complaint system does not work properly. The staff does not attend call after 4.00pm

  2. A visit to the Defence Exchange and newly constructed ONE STOP building will give you a clear picture of the current state of affairs in PTCL.It is simply disgraceful. Both buildings are now in bad shape with doors and windows broken and hardly any furnishing.The DE is never in Office and the rest of the staff never visible.You could compare it with the state of the Pak Railways.Ufone is worse.They spend just on ads and rest is simply shamefull.I am sure I am wasting my time for nothing will change till after the elections.
