Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf met Chief Secretary Balochistan Mr. Babar Yaqoob Fateh Muhammad at Prime Minister’s House to take stock of the situation in Balochistan with special reference to the prevailing law and order situation in the province.
The Chief Secretary Balochistan apprised the Prime Minister in detail about the law and order situation in Balochistan and the steps being taken by the provincial government to improve it.
The Prime Minister said that the Federal government would extend every assistance to the Balochistan Government and directed the Chief Secretary Balochistan to take all possible measures for further improving the situation so that people can feel the difference in their daily lives.
He also directed the Chief Secretary to implement the orders of the Supreme Court in letter and spirit.
