Pakistan Cycling Federation in collaboration with Punjab Cycling Association is organizing National Level Road Cycle race from Lahore to Gujrat on Sunday (September 2) to celebrate Pakistan’s Independence Day a little late, due to the month of Ramadan.
All affiliated units including Provincial Cycling Association are taking part in this race.
The race will start from Punjab Stadium Lahore at 9am. Handsome cash prizes will be awarded to the first six position winners.
Vice President Pakistan Railways Sports Board Saeed Iqbal Khan will grace the occasion as Chief Guest and flag away the race to Gujrat.
All the arrangements including boarding and lodging of teams have been completed and the provincial cycling teams have reached Lahore for participation in the event.
