A Lahore-bound PIA’s plane made emergency landing at Quetta Airport this morning
due to a technical fault, media reports said on Friday.
According to Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) sources, its flight PK206 was en route to Lahore from Kuwait when it faced a technical problem that led to its emergency landing at Quetta’s airport this morning.
The plane was carrying as many as 160 passengers who were struck with panic as the plane made emergency landing, according to a source.
However, the PIA sources said it was due to a nominal technical glitch that prompted emergency landing, adding the flight will soon be dispatched towards Lahore as soon as the glitch is fixed.
