Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Mian Nawaz Sharif has blamed the rulers for creating lawlessness and instability under a conspiracy for personal gains.
He was talking to Mr Anjum Dar, President PML-N Germany and Additional Secretary General Lahore Rana Mohammad Siddiq here on Thursday. The PML-N chief said that the rulers had increased unemployment and load shedding in the last four and a half years through corruption and plunder of national wealth. He said the sooner the elections were held the better it was in the larger interest of the country.
He said the performance of the present government had been zero and to hide its failures, it was making issues out of non issues. However, he said, the people knew the real faces of the rulers and they could not hoodwink anyone. He warned that because of the wrong policies, democracy and state institutions were facing dangers. He said the rulers wanted to usurp the independence of judiciary and court verdicts were not being implemented. Nawaz Sharif reminded that the nation was united and no conspiracy would be allowed to succeed against the judiciary.

  5. He was talking to his relatives i e the DAR family. This man NS has always been empty at the top.The tragedy is he does not know and the 'kammis' of his party do not let him.

  6. He himself is a danger to democracy because he is a dishonest person and a corrupt politician.

  7. Ohhh Mian jeee rehn diyo…sign 'sher' ka aur aise 'geedharoo' wali statement…If you have the guts, call elections in Punjab and let Punjab decide!!!

  8. PML-N itself is great threat to democracy because of its non-democratic norms and moves. Chotay Mian Sahib put entire weight to efforts bid to derail democracy. He himself led the anti-Govt riots. Mian brothers are double edged sword, on hand they talk about democracy while on the other hand they are constantly undermining democracy. It must go to the credit of the PPP-led coalition government in power since 2008, through two prime ministers, that it has consistently upheld the philosophy bequeathed by the late Benazir Bhutto that what Pakistani state and society critically needed was reconciliation between differing points of view rather than open confrontation that had in the past (particularly the democratic interregnum of 1988-99) provided opportunities for the ‘third force’ to intervene. President Asif Ali Zardari, since coming to office, has been at the receiving end of more criticism and muck thrown at him than any president in Pakistan’s or any other country’s history.
