Police arrested a rickshaw driver red handed when he was about to dump a dead body of a woman in the premises of Bhati gate on Wednesday. According to sources, the driver alleged that a policeman had asked him to throw the body in the vicinity of another police station and he was caught while doing so. Police sources said that investigation was underway to unearth the truth of the situation.
