PML-N announces education package for one child of each victim family

Strongly condemning targeted and sectarian killings in the country and showing solidarity with the victims, the PML-N on Monday announced an education package for one child of each victim family.
Under the package, the Punjab government would provide free education to one child of a victim family anywhere in the country, PML-N leaders Marvi Memon and Siddiqul Farooq told a press conference.
Marvi said this was not the first time the PML-N president and the Punjab CM have demonstrated solidarity with terror victims and natural disaster victims.
Strongly condemning incident of targeted and sectarian killings all over the country, she said these terror incidents were aimed at destabilizing the country and crippling the economy.
She criticized the provincial governments of Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan and GB and claimed that they were responsible for the deteriorating law and order.
Terming attacks on shias a conspiracy to destabilize sectarian harmony, she said it had reached unbearable levels in the recent past.
“In line with our chief Nawaz Sharif’s instructions”, she undertook a series of condolence visits to all provinces recently to reach out to the victims families.
Farooq lauded the people of Gilgit-Baltistan who had not fallen prey to the design of creating sectarian conflict and maintained peace despite such attacks by terrorists. “The people of these areas always lived in sectarian harmony and we promise them complete security when the PML-N government is in charge,” he added.
