Dozens of militants attacked a pro-government militia post in Bajaur on Sunday, killing one militiaman and losing 20 fighters, government officials said. In addition to the dead, four soldiers and four militiamen were also wounded in Sunday’s attack, the third consecutive day of cross-border attacks from Afghanistan, according to one official. He said four soldiers, six militiamen and 38 militants had been killed in earlier attacks on Friday and Saturday. Pakistan has been criticizing Afghan and US-led NATO forces for not doing enough to stop cross-border attacks from Afghanistan.
