Strike in Balochistan on Bugti’s death anniversary

A shutter down strike was observed across Balochistan on the sixth death anniversary of slain Baloch leader Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti on Sunday.
Jamhoori Watan Party has announced to observe “black day” and a complete strike across the province to protest against Bugti’s death.
Other political parties have also supported the strike.
Business and other activities in all main cities of the province will be closed due to the strike.
All the roads leading to Sindh and Punjab were remained shut for any kind of traffic. Tight security arrangements have been finalized to meet any untoward incident. FC was deployed at all the exit and entry points of the main cities in Balochistan.
Bugti was killed along with his companions during a military operation in the mountains of Kohlu district on August 26, 2006.
