‘Zardari gang responsible for chronic load shedding’

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said unjust and mismanaged load shedding in Punjab was unacceptable, holding the Zardari gang responsible for the menace. Talking to reporters during his visit to Children’s Hospital on Eid day, the chief minister said the step-motherly treatment was being meted out to Punjab through agonizing load shedding.
He said the life of the people had become miserable due to long outages on Eid, but the rulers sitting in Islamabad remained oblivious to their suffering.
Shahbaz said he strongly presented the case of Punjab regarding unjust load shedding in the province during the meeting of the Council of Common Interests, but the federal government was not sincere in this regard.
He said the people were suffering due to the misdeeds of the federal government, but they were not ready to accept corrupt Zardari gang at any cost.
The chief minister said industrialists, laborers and farmers of Punjab province were equally disturbed by the load shedding, adding that people were facing the results of inefficiency, corruption and plundering of the federal government.
