Present corrupt govt failed to address problems of common man: Ghinwa Bhutto

Pakistan Peoples Party PPP (Shaheed Bhutto) Chairperson Ghinwa Bhutto said that present government has proved to be a failure, is rife in corruption and has failed to address the problems being faced by the common man.
She was addressing a public Iftar gathering at Al-Murtaza House Larkana on Saturday.
Ghinwa Bhutto said that public resistance was vital and it had risen due to the failure of government. She said the government had destroyed every institution and poverty, unemployment, load shedding, lawlessness and criminal activities were on the rise.
She said that Pakistan needed new faces now to fight for change of system in country and a new sincere leadership should emerge to take steps for a revolution by election process.
She stressed on the country men and party to stand for the rights of downtrodden people and added that the country was passing through a critical stage and it faced numerous challenges including shortage of electricity, gas, and other issues. She said their party would fight against unrest and they would protect all the sections of society.
She said their prime objective was to protect the Hindus, Sikh, Christians and other sections of the society. “The people gave mandate to the present PPP government and they have neither provided roti, kapra, makan nor have they removed lawlessness. They have made plunder and corruption the law of the land and because of them the county is going to dogs,” she said.
She highlighted that the US had killed children and had destroyed the economies of Jordan and other countries, adding that same policies were implanted in the Afghanistan, Iraq and now in Pakistan. “The present rulers only obey the dictation of dollars,” she said.
Several social and political figures of Larkana joined PPP Shaheed Bhutto group at the event.
Before this, party leaders Innayat Hussain, M. Umer Siyal, Inayat Umrani, Barkat Mirjat, Dr Sikaner Ali Jatoi and others also addressed the occasion.
