Islamabad Police have arrested 13 outlaws including seven proclaimed offenders and recovered fake currency worth Rs. 2, 00,000, 150 bottles of wine and weapons from their possession, a police spokesman said on Saturday. On a tip off, Station House Officer (SHO) of Koral police station Inspector Mehboob Ahmed and Sub-Inspector Arsahd Ali raided at a place in Jhang Syedan along with their team, and recovered 150 wine bottles from Akbar Shehzad. In another incident, ASI Saeed Akhtar from Sabzi Mandi police arrested an accused Mansha and recovered fake currency notes worth Rs. 2, 00,000 from his possession. Meanwhile, Margalla, Secretariat, Koral and Tarnol police stations arrested a total of seven proclaimed offenders during a crackdown against absconders.
