Provincial Minister for Law Rana Sanaullah on Thursday said that Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) is the party of looting and plundering and the people will not forget this any time soon.
He said that PML-Q and its members indulged in huge corruption during their previous government in Punjab and have continued with this tradition of looting and plundering today.
Commenting on the statements by members of PML-Q, Sanaullah said that by being Musharraf’s lackey and by consorting with Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) the Chaudhary brothers have proved that their party members cannot remain politically active without corruption.
Sanullah added that Pervaiz Elahi’s government was known for its corruption and embezzlement in NICL and the misdeeds committed at Punjab Bank is a proof of that.
He said that Lahore Ring Road and Lahore-Kasur Road are further proofs of looting and plundering by PML-Q.
The minister said that PML-Q levelling accusations on the Punjab government for its welfare projects in the province is like pot calling the kettle black, for PML-Q had indulged in massive corruption during its own government.
He warned of dire consequences to the party if they continued down their road of looting and plundering.
