A girl named Seemab, a journalist by profession who worked in a crime magazine, committed suicide over non-payment of salary.
According to details, Seemab was a resident of Narang Mandi and was living in Madina Girls Hostel near Mohammadan Anglo-Oriental (MAO) College Lahore in Islampura.
The magazine had not been paying her salary for the last couple of months and her father was a cancer patient. She ended her life by jumping from the fourth floor of the hostel.
SP City Rana Shujat started investigation after handing the dead body over to her family.
