On the occasion, he directed Higher Education secretary to arrange lectures of Muhammad Mohsin Ali at LUMS, Aitcheson College and other prestigious educational institutions, so that other students can share his story which is based on determination, commitment and courage.
He gave a cheque of rupees one million to Muhammad Mohsin Ali and announced provision of a house for him at Aashiyana Housing Scheme. He said the Punjab government would bear all the academic expenses of Muhammad Mohsin Ali to enable him to acquire as much education as he wants.
