Interior Minister Senator Rehman Malik on Saturday claimed that those who were deteriorating law and order situation in Balochistan while sitting abroad and would be exposed soon.
Malik expressed these views while talking to reporters after a meeting with Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan Syed Mehdi Shah.
Commenting on the Balochistan issue, he said that innocent Baloch people were being tortured, which would not be tolerated while the government would try its level best to convince the angry leaders.
The interior minister praised the efforts of security agencies for playing a pivotal role to restore peace in Balochistan, adding, “We cannot ignore the role of the law-enforcing agencies to ensure law and order situation in the province.”
He said the government had offered Brahamdagh Bugti that he would be brought back through aircraft and full protocol would also be given to him.
Malik added the PPP-led coalition government gives priority to Baloch people in all fields and they would be made part of the national mainstream while foreign hands were involved in deteriorating situation of Balochistan.
Rehman Malik assured the GB CM that a passport office would be set up in Chilas to facilitate the people. He added that all initiatives would be taken to provide every kind of facility to the GB people.
