Three workers were killed when on Friday a coalmine collapsed in Ghazi tehsil of district Haripur.
According to the details, a coalmine in Ghazi area collapsed resulting in three men trapped inside it. Area residents with the help of emergency teams conducted a rescue operation and recovered the trapped miners, who had breathed their last by that time.
The bodies were later shifted to a nearby hospital.
Witnesses said that two of the miners were brothers and belonged to Shangla district while the other deceased was from Nowshera.
