The in-laws of a woman poisoned her to death for bearing a third female child here late Wednesday night. According to SP Investigation, Athar Ismail, deceased Uzma who hailed from Mohallah Bilal Town, Kamonki, district Gujranwala had two daughters. One Wednesday, she gave birth to another daughter due to which her in-laws got furious. They physically tortured the lady and later poisoned her to death. The body was shifted to hospital for postmortem after which it was handed over to the heirs.
