The CM also offered Rs500,000 and a house to the affectees. A woman along with her relative were forced to parade naked in Khan Garh area on Wednesday when they went to a family seeking hand in marriage for her son.
On the occasion of CM’s visit, both the women pleaded for justice. The CM noted that such incidents should be dealt under anti-terrorism laws, if possible. He also prayed for early justice to the family. A relative of the affected women thanked the CM Shahbaz for his gratitude.
Although the people at large have commended the CM for his kind acts, they cautioned that such compensations should only be accorded after proper investigations to avoid wastage of public money.
