Outdoor patient departments (OPDs) in the Quetta hospitals remained closed on Thursday and have entered ninth consecutive day causing great inconvenience to the poor patients hailing from far-flung areas and hundreds of patients who were seen awaited outside the OPDs in the scorching heat in the civil and BMC hospitals.
The doctors have vowed to continue boycotting the OPDs unless the missing doctor is recovered.
