The Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) has filed a petition requesting the Supreme Court (SC) to place 14 Ephedrine case accused on Exit Control List (ECL).
Bridadier Fahim, investigation officer in the case, submitted the petition in Supreme Court. The list of names suggested by ANF includes Ali Musa Gilani, Makhdoom Shahabuddin, Rasheed Juma, and others involved in the case.
Earlier six months ago ANF had requested the Interior Ministry to place the accused on ECL.
It is pertinent to mention that the Supreme Court on Monday had demanded a written complaint mentioning Interior Ministry’s failure to place the names of ECL.
