Kohsar police have registered a case against unknown thieves on a complaint that an uncovered manhole was present in front of the Indian High Commission (IHC) located in F-6/1 sector. Indian High Commissioner Amut Kabrjai informed police that some unknown thieves stole the cap of a manhole and demanded action against the culprits.
