The Judicial Activism Panel on Saturday filed a contempt of court petition against Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Khursheed Shah in the Lahore High Court (LHC).
The petition stated that Khursheed Shah refused to accept the court verdict on Hajj quota. In addition, the petitioners alleged that Khursheed Shah had said court will be responsible if Hajj arrangements were delayed.
