Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) Administrator, Muhammad Hussain Syed said that emergency response centers were to be setup at 14 locations in the city to provide emergency help.
According to a Karachi Metropolitan Corporation statement, five centers have already started round the clock work, and maintained contact with the fire brigade, ambulance services and city wardens.
Hussain said that the centers were setup with the directions of Sindh Governor Ishrat ul Ibad. He further added that the contact numbers of these centers would be advertised in newspapers for the convenience of citizens.
