152 sanitary petrol workers, inducted in the Rawalpindi Health Department on the directives of Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif for Dengue Program, have not received a single penny for the last four months creating unrest amongst the employees.
Workers were promised salaries in the month of Ramazan but now they are being told that they would get salaries after Eid. The situation has greatly perturbed the workers who are finding it hard to run their households in such a situation.
They have demanded of Chief Minister Punjab to look into the matter and issue orders for immediate dispersion of their salaries.
