Imran challenges Nawaz come face-to-face on TV

Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan, responding to Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz’s (PML-N) accusations against him, posed 11 questions for party chief Nawaz Sharif and challenged him to answer them live on TV.
“Nawaz Sharif, instead of sending your ‘minions’ who are not politicians… come in front of the public and answer my questions like I am answering now,” said Khan as he began declaring his assets.
He presented his tax returns and explained that he had bought land worth 40 million after selling his London flat in 2003 for around 70 million. “All my assets have been declared and they will also go up on my website. All of my properties are on my name, they are not on anyone else’s name.”
Khan added that he earned the remaining money during the World Cup in India. “In every World Cup, they invite me for commentary and comments. The registered company will tell you how much I earned through it.”
After declaring his assets, Khan posed 11 questions to Sharif about his assets and his properties.
How have they developed infrastructure of Raiwind empire including amenities.” “Where did you get funds to get built your Raiwind Empire, worth billions of rupees?”
“Where did you get payments to purchase apartments in Mayfair area of Great Britain, which a rough estimate says about Rs 4.5 billion?” Khan says ‘where did he (Nawaz) get funds to launch Jeddah Steel Mills in Saudi Arabia while in exile.’
“When freezing foreign accounts in 1998, how much amount of dollars did you and your subordinates sent to foreign accounts.” In the last, Khan got personal saying ‘for the first and last time I am getting personal.’
“I always remained faithful to Jemima, and even today she respects me for my character. Would Nawaz Sharif and Chaudhry Nisar like to tell whether they remained faithful to their wives or not.”
In last, Imran Khan invited Nawaz to get a live debate on the topic instead of sending second-grade employees to level allegations on him. Imran Khan said that Chaudhry Nisar was not his caliber of man and just an employee of Nawaz Sharif.
