Tens of thousands of Federal government employees including president, prime minister, federal ministers and top judges, could not receive their monthly salaries as Accountant General Pakistan Revenue (AGPR) workers continued their strike for the 26th consecutive day on Wednesday.
Over 7, 000 employees of AGPR are on strike over the past many days in support of their demands for pay raise and improvement in service structure. No work is being performed by the APGR employees, who simply come to their offices, mark their attendance and sit idle for rest of the day. They were calling for pay raise at par with salaries of other federal workers besides audit and pension allowance and service structure.
The AGPR workers said they were forced to go on strike after their demands were ignored by the government. AGPR action committee president warned that if their demands were not fulfilled, they would stop other benefits to be released for Eid package.
On the other hand, federal government employees who are normally paid on the first of every month, went home without any salary to the dismay of their families. There is no time limit by which date the salary would be paid to them because of the disorderly procedure being followed in Pakistan where the Finance Ministry allocates funds, concerned departments prepare the salary bills and then the cheques are issued by the AGPR.
AGPR employees started blackmailing. this government is too weak and cannot handle any sort of probleml AGPR unwilling workers may be bundled out of department and a new generation may be given a chance to work. pakistan is full of talent

we r deducted almost 60% of income tax seals tax but FBR employees were getting 100% allowance before 7 years almost new IB DEPARTMENT,PAK Army .motorway police,health department,FIA, ASF, CUSTOMS, INCOME TAX,, PAK RANGERS,and supreme court of pak and high courts of were getting 5-time pay but are save the 40 Arab Rupees and the recovered from big gens of Pakistan 1/3 of total budget and PAC chairmen recmended thhe AGPR'S AG'S working and asked unseen heroes. if the fed govt have take financial control of PAKISTAN RAILWAYS, PAKISTAN STEELS MILL KARACHI, PIA and etc, becuze we have batter financial control we have monthly reconciliation, re appropriation , and release the budget in 3 steps, paid the payment to third party/company his vendor No directly, salaries pay through employees A/cs only verified the ghost employees the computers and sanctioned strength, as allocated by concern Ministry and NIS also garnet monthly report of working strength and sanctioned strength and intimated their department and excess staff we r stopped the pay of excess staff, it also intimated intimated that we are release the fund of the any project before the verification and issued the certificatefrom Project director , working papers physical verified the project, so we need 100% Audit allowance

Discrimination should come to an end. All the FG employees should be given equal pay structure. The AGPR/AGP employees are on right no one is listening to them since july. The right should be given to them.

Teachers ko teaching allowance diya jata hay kiyon…???? jab k teacher ko salary teaching ki he milti hay ..phr teaching allowance kiyon…? Health Dept. ke salaries pehlay he say ziyada hain unko health allowance kiyon…?? apnay haq k leay larna koi jurm nahi he….
Government ko chahyee k sub ki salaries single kar k Budget per parnay waala bojh kam karain ….aur funds bacha k Berozgar afrad,,aur musthaq afrad k leay koi package dain ….sara system sahi ho jaayga….

As a federal government emplyee have witnessed that the AGPR is the most corrupt department and the AGPR employees and not just dependent on salaries they getting commissions on every payment including medical expenses. Striking employees should be kicked out of AGPR
AGPR is doing very well job about increasing the salery of Federal Government employees. The salery should be increased and and equall to others federal govt employees. I and about thousand of federal govt employees want that their salery and allowances should equal then others. Now the govt has been declare the difference salery package in federal govt departments and ministries which is injustice.
