Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan said on Monday that media played a key role towards improving a situation or making it worse.
He was speaking on the occasion of inaugural ceremony of PTI’s media cell here. Imran Khan admitted that media had become an integral part for any political party. “The media should play its due role in the next general elections,” he added.
He said that his party leaders and their children would declare their assets that would be displayed at the party’s websites. He said that Nawaz Sharif said he owed debts but on the other hand one of his sons had 50 billion rupees.
Khan said that both Zardari and Nawaz Sharif could not impede PTI’s tsunami, adding that if all the parties get united against PTI, they won’t be able to defeat it.
Imran Khan said that people were scared of Zardari and Nawaz and would leave them as soon as care taker set up is brought in.
He said both the big parties would be diluted into small ones just as the interim government is put in place.
