The Anti-Corruption Court (ACC) of Rawalpindi on Monday declared Malik Riaz, the real estate tycoon, along with eight others absconders in a land corruption case.
The ACC Judge Chaudhry Amir Mohammad Khan while hearing a 1400 kanals land corruption case filed in 2005 declared nine accused including Riaz absconders and sought the details of their personal land.
The court had issued arrest warrants two times and directed the police to arrest the accused and produce them before the court on July 23.
