To provide speedy justice, the Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial constituted one division bench (DB) and three single benches (SBs) for the Lahore High Court Rawalpindi bench in the fifth week of summer vacations.
The summer vacations in the court will end in September and a regular bench will work throughout the summer vacations. The judges have joined the bench voluntarily.
According to the schedule, DB will comprise of Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmad Khan and Justice Sh Najam ul Hassan while single benches will comprise of Justice Sh. Najam ul Hassan, Justice Kh. Imtiaz Ahmad and Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmad Khan.
