Aftab Memon, a grade 20 officer of Pakistan Railway Service, has been appointed as Managing Director Pakistan Railways Advisory and Consultancy Services (PRACS).
An official said on Sunday that Memon had served Pakistan Railways at various senior positions including Office of Divisional Superintendent Lahore and Karachi besides holding various positions at Railways Headquarters.
“He has a vast experience in railways operations especially in freight operations at Karachi besides administration and management,” he said.
Memon said that as MD PRACS his priorities would be to acquire more projects for PRACS in Pakistan and also outside besides improving the service of trains being run by his organization.
