SPB to register world record contenders from Monday

The Sports Board Punjab as part of the Punjab Youth Festival 2012 will be formally registering the contenders who would be attempting to write the country’s name in the Guinness Book of World Records. As part of the plan the SBP will be receiving the documents from different Pakistan National aspirants who would be creating World Record with different attempts to get their names written in the Guinness Book of World Records.
The SBP has received dozens of applications from people aspiring for the world record and in first the phase, SBP has invited Mohammed Muneer to file his formal papers to register his effort for the Guinness Book of World Records with the highest number of push-ups within 1 (one) hour. Muneer will be breaking the previous Guinness Record of maximum push-ups while channelizing its utmost input and interest, SBP will provide him the opportunity to write Pakistan’s name among the record holders in the Guinness Book of World Records. Muneer will register his documents with the SBP official on Monday (July 30, 2012) at 3.30 pm in the lobby of Sports Board Punjab at National Hockey Stadium in front of the media
