Power shortfall reaches 5139MW

The total power shortfall in country during the last 24 hours was 5139MW on Sunday.
According to a spokesman of Energy Management Cell in Lahore‚ currently the total power production is 13275MW while the demand is 18414MW. He said that 12 hour load-shedding is being carried out urban‚ while in rural areas it is for 16 hours.

Pity the nation who have to live in stone ages in this century. Shame on the rulers of this nation. people must revolt against whose mismanagement and corruption has resulted misery of the people.
