91 killed in worst Iraq attacks in two years: officials

A wave of attacks in Baghdad and north of the capital killed at least 91 people on Monday, security and medical officials said, in an updated toll of earlier attacks.
A further 161 people were wounded in Iraq’s deadliest day since May 2010.
Insurgents mounted a total of at least 22 different attacks in at least 14 cities, security and medical officials said.
