UAE hands over 13 tonnes dates to Red Crescent

Consul General of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Karachi Suhail Bin Matar Al-Ketbi here on Saturday handed over 13 tons of khalas dates on behalf of the UAE Red Crescent to Mrs Farzana Naik, Chairperson of Red Crescent Sindh at his residence. The Consulate General of UAE in Karachi presented `Khalas Dates’ for the needy families in Pakistan to be distributed in the month of Ramzan. This was stated by the Consul General United Arab Emirates, Suhail Bin Matar Al-Ketbi, at the handing over ceremony at his residence. He said every year the Government of UAE along with its citizens sends charity for the poor families as a goodwill gesture. In the handing over ceremony of dates to Red Crescent Pakistan we hope that it will reach to the families in Sindh who rightly deserves this.
