A newly married couple from Afghanistan, seeking shelter and security from Pakistani authorities, ended up Darul Aman and Jail after being arrested by police on arrival in Pakistan. The girl was sent to Darul Aman while the man was locked up in Mansehra Jail under foreign act. No one knows when the couple would reunite. The couple said that they were attacked as the news of their marriage reached Kabul and they were left with no alternative but to seek protection in Pakistan.
