British police on Thursday charged three men accused of travelling to Pakistan for training and a woman with terrorism offences following their arrest in operations carried out earlier this month.
Metropolitan Police charged three men from London with preparing for acts of terrorism and one woman with possession of a document likely to be of use to a terrorist.
All four will appear at London’s Westminster Magistrates’ Court later Thursday.
The three men were named as Richard Dart, 29, Imran Mahmood, 21, and Jahangir Alom, 26. The woman was identified as 22-year-old Ruksana Begum.
With the Olympic Games due to start in London on July 27, Britain’s security threat level is currently set at “substantial”, meaning officials believe there is a strong possibility of a terror attack.
The threat level was reduced from “severe”, meaning an attack is highly likely, in July 2011.

  1. Send all four of them for permanent residence in Pakistan to make life easier for these so called jihadists and for overseas Pakistanis as well.

    • I dont think any of them are ethnically Pakistanis, from names looks one is a convert and others are of Bengladeshi origin!

Pakistan immigration and visa issuance should check real objective of foreigners visiting Pakistan. There are two types of visitors Pakistan can attact at present. Die hard tourists mostly back packers who dares these days to venture out there, secondly the family visitors.
It doesnt take rocket science to evaluate this.

  2. So we are again in the news ……this shows our importance at the level we are seen and observed. Oh my God.

    • Pakistan has been used even to enter Afghanistan for last 4 decades. So at the end its Pakistan name that get all the negetive attention.
