The Islamabad police have arrested nine outlaws, including four gambles, from various areas of the city and recovered 18 bottles of liquor, three pistols and looted items from their possession.
According to details, Assistant Sub Inspector Shakeel Ahmed of Aabpara police station arrested four persons involved in gambling at 7th Avenue. The nabbed persons have been identified as Usman, Nauman, Babar Khaleel and Adnan while three motorbikes were also impounded and mobile phones and cash recovered from them.
ASI Iftikhar Ahmed arrested a bootlegger Arshad in possession of 18 bottles of liquor and ASI Abdul Ghafoor from Secretariat police apprehended Kamran for possessing a 30-bore pistol and 22 rounds. ASI Javed Iqbal from Shalimar police recovered a tampered car an accused Imran while Sub Inspector Muhammad Ali from CIA police nabbed Shahid in possession of a snatched mobile phone.ASI Nawazish Ali from Sabzi Mandi police arrested Babar Masih for having a 30-bore pistol while ASI Aurangzeb from Sihala police apprehended Faisal in possession of a 30-bore pistol. Cases have been registered against these nabbed persons and further investigation is underway.
