Sharifs kings of corruption, says Sharjeel

Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon has stated that the roots of corruption in Punjab have been sown be Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif.
He said Nawaz and Shahbaz were the kings of corruption in Punjab. Sharjeel Memon made this statement while talking to media persons on Saturday.
Blaming the Sharif brothers for the corruption in Punjab, Memon said the highest numbers of corruption cases that have just come up were all against Nawaz Sharif.
He stated that Punjab was the highly affected province as corruption was concerned. Attesting this claim, Memon quoted the auditor general’s report and stating that as per the report, corruption in Punjab amounted to Rs 8.5 billion of which the Sharif Brothers were the major beneficiaries.
“The province of Punjab is being governed by a man having charge of 16 departments,” said Memon.
“If Sharif brothers were not involved in corruption, then why did they seek apology from Pervez Musharraf,” he said.
While defending his own party, Memon said a false propaganda was being made against PPP and Nawaz Sharif’s all allegations against PPP were baseless.
