The decision regarding writing the letter to the Swiss authorities will be made after consultation with coalition partners, Punjab Governor Latif Khosa said on Saturday.
Addressing PPP office bearers, workers, and reporters at the Circuit House, the governor said the PPP government would convene a meeting of the cabinet members of the coalition partners in which the decision would be made on whether or not to write the letter to the Swiss.
“Later under the direction and decision of the cabinet, the government will put forward its stance on the issue in the Supreme Court,” he said. Khosa said the people and the constitution of Pakistan gave protection and immunity to all presidents of the country including President Asif Ali Zardari.
“We do not intend to present our president to a third-class magistrate abroad, moreover, it will be a disgrace to the country,” he added. He said the PPP government wanted to establish a new Seriaki province for the people of South Punjab and in this regard, President Zardari had directed National Assembly Speaker Fehmida Mirza to form a 14-member committee, adding “now it’s the responsibility of the speaker and the Senate chairman”.
Criticising the judges of the Supreme Court, Khosa said they had dual standards, as on the one hand, the age of retirement of a public servant was 60 while a judge of the SC was 65-year-old. “They are also not replying to the Public Accounts Committee regarding their financial matters,” he added.
The governor said the Sharif brothers did not have a democratic attitude and they needed to improve their political skills.
“We gave the Punjab government to the Sharif brothers as a donation,” Khosa said.
Mr Khosa let's be honest about writing the letter to the Swiss court. It has nothing to do with consulting your allies. You are very generous and have given the Punjab govt to PML Nawaz, as a donation. In the same spirit now write the letter to the Swiss court without further delay.
I hate to see picture of this short, bald and ugly Khosa. No body should any attention to this Bad Khosa. Tell this bald ugly man that Pakistan is a third class country and a failed state. If Pakistan hand over this zardari to any body and get rid of him it will not be a disgrace of Pakistan. Any body who can send Zardari packing will be most honourable person. Along with Zaradri this ugly bald and short Khosa should also be sent packing and thrown in to a garbage can.
The next job for this midget will be working as a door man at Bundoo Khan 🙂
