Police are continuing their investigation concerning the tragic jet-ski accident that left Usher’s former stepson Kyle Glover in critical condition, and now, a new detail has been revealed. According to an incident report, the driver of the watercraft has been identified as family friend Jeffrey S. Hubbard. Melissa Cummings of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources tells E! News, “The entire incident in question is under investigation, which includes Mr. Hubbard. We are not currently speculating on what charges might be filed.” The incident report lists Hubbard as the watercraft operator and confirms that no alcohol was involved.
