Minister for Railways Ghulam Ahmed Bilour on Tuesday said judges were paid servants of the government and they could not make or amend the constitution. Talking to reporters outside parliament, Bilour said being public representatives, it was the job of parliamentarians to make and amend the constitution. Calling the dual nationality case a public matter and contempt of court a legal matter, Bilour said the ANP had no concern with the dual nationality case as no one in their party held dual nationality. The railways minister said the Pakistan Railways had not offered its services for NATO supplies to Afghanistan. Expressing fears over the suspension of train services from Peshawar due to shortage of locomotives, Bilour said three of the eight trains were plying from the city.
