A No Objection Certificate (NOC) has been made compulsory for pilgrims and workers going to Iran from Khyber Pakhtoonkwa (KPK) and tribal areas, Dunya News reported. After the Turbat massacre, the Interior Ministry sent a notification to home secretaries of KPK, Punjab, Sindh and FATA Secretariat. The ministry has made the procurement of an NOC mandatory for workers and pilgrims going to Iran.
