At least two persons were killed and several others injured in fresh spate of target killing in different localities of the city on Tuesday.
According to police, bullet-riddled body of a youth was recovered from Lyari. The body was shifted to hospital where he was identified as Zohaib.
The deceased was kidnapped near his home a couple of days ago.
Another body was found near Darwesh Hotel at Mauripur Road in the limits of Kalri police station.The man was also kidnapped and then tortured to death.
Abul Isphani Road remained gripped in tension and violent protests after killing of an activist of political party on Monday night.
At least eight people were gunned down in different areas of the city during the past 36 hours.
Meanwhile, six people were reported injured in separate firing incidents in different localities of the city.
