Pakistan’s first ever International Dolphin Show, in collaboration with Pakistan Navy, will be held in October this year. Talent Broker International (TBI) with their international partners Utrish Dolphinarium Inc. will be organising the shows. Official announcement of the launch of dolphin shows and ground breaking ceremony of state-of-the- art swimming pool was held at Maritime Museum Karsaz Karachi by Commander Karachi Pakistan Navy Rear Admiral, Chief Executive Officer of Utrish Dolphinarium, Lev Mukhametov from Russia and Mustafa Kamal of Talent Broker Intl. The 80-feet-long and 50-feet-wide swimming pool with a straight depth of 14 feet will be built in line with international standards for the dolphin show. An arena will be also be constructed with a seating capacity of around 4,000 for the show. Admiral Ghazafar Hussain said that given the current situation there have been limited entertainment opportunities in the country, adding that no international entertainment event has been held for the last few years due to security concerns. He said this would provide much-needed entertainment to the public. The first show of the series will be held on October 1 at the Maritime Museum. There will be four shows every day, divided between two shows for children in the morning and two shows for general public and families.
