President Asif Ali Zardari met Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon and discussed with him host of issues concerning heated political scenario.
Sources told Online that the meeting lasted for quite a while in which President and Sindh information Minister threw light on Sindh situation besides thorny issue of resignation of President PPP Karachi Division Faisal Raza Abidi and last but not the least law and order situation of Karachi in depth.
Both the leaders also discussed law and order, progress on uplift projects and reconciliation policies of ruling coalition partners.
Sources further added that President again made it clear to Memon that no compromise shall be made on the safety of lives of masses as it is the prime responsibility of the government to cater their needs in this regard.
No one will be allowed to challenge the writ of the state at any cost, Zardari underlined.
PPP will continue the path of reconciliation thick and thin, sources quoted the president as saying.
