Ameer Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) Hafiz Muhammad Saeed has said that Pakistan’s decision of strategic partnership with US was wrong and most of the ills today the country is facing are its outcome.
Addressing a convention of Difa-e-Pakistan Council (DPC) leaders, Hafiz Muhammad Saeed blamed that sitting leadership is limited to its political interest and they have nothing to do with the country’s stability and sovereignty.
Politicians are relying only on issuing statements to protect personal and party interests, he added.
He said that Pakistan already suffered a lot by taking part in the so-called war on terror and it cannot afford more damages.

Hafiz Saeed said that DPC would resist any step by government regarding reopening of the NATO supply.

Maulana Samiul Haq, Asad Ullah Bhutto and other leaders of DPC who also addressed the convention said that they would stand firm on their stance.
