LPG prices reduced by Rs15 per kg

LPG prices have been reduced in the country by Rs15 per kilogram after a prominent fall in international prices of LPG.
According to Chairman LPG distribution Bilal Jabbar, international price for LPG has been reduced by US$129 per tonne causing a consequent decrease in its price in Pakistan.
In accordance with the new LPG rates, price of LPG cylinder for domestic use will decrease by Rs180 and price of LPG cylinder for commercial use would fall by Rs720 per cylinder.
LPG will be sold in Punjab, Azad Kashmir and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at Rs105 per kilogram, in Sindh and Balochistan at Rs100 per kilogram and in Gilgit-Baltistan at Rs110 per kilogram.
The new LPG prices will come into effect on Tuesday.

  1. This can only be a positive move for Pakistan. LPG has many advantages over petrol – it's economical, environmentally friendly, good for engines and offers better security against fuel theft.
