Chief Minister Punjab, Mian Shahbaz Sharif Sunday visited the under construction Allama Iqbal Road at Garhi Shahoo and the forensic lab at Thokar Niaz Beg.
Talking to media persons after reviewing the pace of development work at Punjab Forensic Science Agency, Shahbaz Sharif said that this would be best lab of South Asia.
He said that the completion of lab would help in providing justice and wiping out crimes.
The Punjab chief minister inspected various sections of the lab including DNA test and postmortem.
Speaking during inspecting the work on Allama Iqbal Road, he said that modern infrastructure is necessary for the promotion of economic and trade activities.
Shahbaz said that Punjab government is spending billions on infrastructure projects. He also directed further expediting the work on Multan Road project.
